About us

Investment funds management company KB Publikum Invest AD Skopje was established in 2009. The Company shareholder’s capital is 500.000,00 EUR, or 30.586.450,00 MKD respectively. The Company founders are Publikum Holding DOO Ljubljana, PoPom-Invest DD Maribor, Forlex S.R.L., and Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.

On 19.12.2008 the Company received a license from the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, number 07-3453/11.

On 15.01.2009 the Company was registered in the Central Registry under the trade registry number 6443532. In the beginning, the Company will set-up and manage two open-end investments funds.
