ANNOUNCEMENT

According to the Regulation on allowed investments, limitations of investments and crossing the limitations of investments of the open-end funds ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 153/09 on 23.12.2009), article 7, paragraph 4, KB Publikum invest AD Skopje, an Investment Fund Management Company, notifies that:

1. At the Assembly of Shareholders of Toplifikacija AD Skopje on 28.04.2011, the Company, as the representative of the open-end investment fund KB Publikum – Balanced, will vote in favor of all proposed decisions;
