ANNOUNCEMENT

The fund management company KB Publikum Invest AD Skopje announces that on 17.5.2011, the public invitation for buying shares in the open-end investment fund KB Publikum - Cash was completed successfully. In the period between the announcement of the public invitation 21.3.2011 until 17.5.2011 shares were registered and paid in amount of over 300.000,000 euro's.

The calculation of net value of the fund's assets and value of single share will start on 18.5.2011.

Sales and payment of shares in the open-end investment fund KB Publikum - Cash continues at a price that is determined according to the methodology for valuation of the fund's assets and value of individual share prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.
