Open-end investment fund KB Publikum-Balanced
The owners of Fund’s share documents can be all domestic and foreign individuals or legal entities, who are eligible to invest according to the legal regulations. The only restriction is regarding the minimum amount of initial investment.

Buying Fund’s share documents
The investor’s can submit Registration and Request for buying share documents, together with all necessary documents attached to the Request, each working day. The Registration and Request is filled in a special form prepared by the Company.

KB Publikum Invest AD Skopje
The investment funds management company KB Publikum Invest AD Skopje was established in 2009. The Company shareholder’s capital is 500.000,00 EUR, or 30.586.450,00 MKD respectively. The Company founders are Publikum Holding DOO Ljubljana, Pom-Invest DD Maribor, Forlex S.R.L., and Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.

On 19.12.2008 the Company received a license from the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, number 07-3453/11.

The fund management company KB Publikum invest AD Skopje, on 22.4.2009, published a Public Invitation for buying share documents in open-end investment fund KB Publikum – Balanced, which will be open for 2 months. The process of issuing and buying share documents starts one day after the announcement..
