Registration

The investor’s can submit Registration and Request for buying share documents, together with all necessary documents attached to the Request, each working day. The Registration and Request is filled in a special form prepared by the Company. The Registration in the open-end fund is submitted only once, with the first registration of the investor in the Fund. The form can be obtained directly in the Company’s business premises, internet site, as well as entire branch network of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.

If the client submitting the Registration and Request for buying share documents is a physical person, then he/she should present a document for personal identification (ID or passport). If the client submitting the Registration and Request for buying share documents is legal entity, then according to the legal rules and regulations a document of the legal status should be presented, such as current registration or other document issued by competent authority.
